Everything is automatically set to save to your B-Drive. However when IT services the device any files on the desktop will be removed. If you have files saved to the desktop of your laptop, you can move them to your B-Drive or OneDrive. I will insert the directions below:


Upload files or folders to OneDrive


With Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome go to office.com and login. Select the OneDrive option


  • Select Upload > Files or Upload > Folder.
  • Select the files or folder you want to upload.
  • Select Open or Select Folder.

To move files from your desktop to your B-Drive:

1. Open file explorer

2. Select the file(s)

3. Right click-send to

4. Select B-Drive (will show your name)
