My Learning Plan & AESOP- New Insights Platform
As of , August 8th at 11:00 AM, the Insights Platform will available. All users will need to create a new Frontline ID account to login. Below is the link to the Quick Start Guide and a simulation course that will guide you through this transition: Quick Start Guide to create a new Frontline ID Account Frontline ID Account Simulation Course When you attempt to login, you will be instructed to create a new Username and Password for interaction via the Website. Once you have created your Frontline ID Account, you should bookmark Frontline Education’s new, universal URL: app.frontlineeducation.com. Your new Frontline ID account Username and Password will replace your previous login credentials for My Learning Plan and AESOP; they will no longer work if you attempt to sign in on the website. However, if you are calling into AESOP Absence Management, you will still use your phone number and PIN.

Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication
MFA Setup Process (For 1st Time Setup) Step 1: On your computer, go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup, if prompted, enter your email address then click “Next”. Skip to step 3 in this document if you are not prompted for your HASD email address. Step 2: On your computer, if prompted, enter your HASD password then click “Sign in”. Step 3: On your computer, click “Next” when prompted for more information STOP, DON’T CLICK NEXT YET!!! Step 4: On your cell phone, download and install the “Microsoft Authenticator App”. NOTE: Make sure you install the app that looks like the icon in the image below! On your cell phone, How to install “Microsoft Authenticator: Connect your phone to the HASD-PUBLIC WiFi network. Go to the app store, search for “Microsoft Authenticator”, and install it. After the app installs, open the app If prompted, Allow Notifications If prompted, Accept the agreement and tap “Continue” If prompted, Tap “Skip” Tap “Add Account” Tap “Work or School Account” Choose “Scan a QR code” Allow Authenticator to take pictures and record video “While using the app” Step 5: On your computer, click “Next”. Step 6: On your computer, set up your 1st of 2 authentication methods. “App”. Click “Next” Step 7: On your cell phone, open the Microsoft Authenticator App then click the “+” at the top of your cell phone screen. Choose “Work or School account” then “Scan a QR code. Step 8: With your cell phone, scan the QR code on your computer screen with the “Microsoft Authenticator App” on your cell phone. On your cell phone choose “Enable App Lock” when prompted then click “Next” on your computer.. Step 9: On your cell phone, let’s try it out, enter the 2 digit number on your computer in the box on your cell phone then tap “Yes”. Step 10: On your computer, notification approved, click “Next” Step 11: On your computer, set up your 2nd of 2 authentication methods. Enter your cell phone number, choose “Text me a code”, then click “Next” Step 12: Using the 6 digit code that was sent to your cell phone, enter it in the box on your computer then click “Next” on your computer. Step 13: On your computer, if your phone was successfully registered, click “Next”. Step 14: On your computer, “Success”, click “Done” Final Notes: MFA is NOT the end all be all Continue to be careful of suspicious emails that land in your inbox MFA authentications are next to instant on your cell phone. If a random MFA authentication attempt pops up on your phone and you didn’t just attempt to login, it is probably malicious. Don’t accept it. New Cell Phone Setup for MFA NOTE: If you have a entirely new cell phone “number”, stop here and contact IT Install Microsoft Authenticator onto your new cell phone from the Apple or Play Store (See icon below). Login to a pc or laptop with your HASD credentials. Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com When prompted to “Verify your identity”, choose “Text +x xxxxxxxxxx” When you receive the text message with the 6 digit code on your cell phone, enter the code in the box and click “Verify” On your computer, choose the “Security info” link on the left side of the screen then choose “+ Add sign-in method” Click the “Choose a method” drop down then choose “Authenticator App” then click the “Add’ button Click “Next” at the “Start by getting the app” screen Click “Next” at the “Set up your account” screen Now proceed to steps 7 thru 9 starting on page 4.
