Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Issues
1. Restart the computer
a. Closing the lid, leaving the device in a suspended state may cause the device to hang onto a previous network access point
2. Try to manually connect
a. In the bottom right hand corner will be a Wi-Fi Icon left click on the Wi-Fi icon
b. On you HASD teacher device select “Hasd-Private” and click connect
i. For Guests, personal devices, HASD IPads, HASD Chromebooks please connect to “HASD-Public” and open a web browser. Scroll to the bottom of the web page and continue as Guest Login

3. Turn the Wi-Fi Off and back On
a. In the bottom right hand corner will be a Wi-Fi Icon left click on the Icon 
b. Click the big blue button that says “Wi-Fi” with the Wireless Icon
c. Once the Icon has turned gray, click the “Wi-Fi” button again so the button becomes blue and turns the Wi-Fi back to the on state. 
4. Make sure “Airplane mode” is not turned on
a. Make sure the “Airplane mode” button is gray and not blue
